Both of the technicians that came to my home today were kind on top of things and we’re totally knowledgeable and listen to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. They even mentioned how they didn’t check a part of what was tested by the previous people that came, but they found the leak in the kitchen not in the garage so I’m hoping that that’s a good sign.

I had my AC unit serviced with Art Plumbing AC & Electric., it was a great experience. The AC technician, Howard Fraser, was excellent! Howard was very knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant to work with. He kept me informed of all the service he was performing with the AC and showed me pictures of any issues he felt I should be aware of. I will definitely request Howard for any future service with my AC unit.

Mr Gonzales was very helpful. He came in and told us we had to take a video and recording of the noise in the machine. He said the motor or the bottom of the box where the wires could be loose. I now have to wait at night for the noise to appear
He stayed for quite awhile and turned the air conditioner on and off by pulling the fuse out. Now we have to wait til night. Bryon was very nice and didn’t sound upset
