2025: I haven’t used my extended warranty with Art for my hot water heater until 4 years later, this year and WOW am I glad I bought it. It is SO worth the money. It has already paid for itself. Earlier this year I had Matt come out and he replaced the pressure reducing valve at no cost. He was excellent. Then I had Terrence come out today to inspect my hot water heater (under my extended warranty for no cost) because my AC/hot water heater closet flooded due to my building’s plumbing problems. He also flushed my hot water heater (this was $79). All of the technicians who have come out from Art have all been very good (Art must be really picky about hiring or do a really good job of training them), but Terrence is probably my favorite. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently explained to me details regarding the hot water heater flushing process and other details regarding my hot water heater that I had questions about. I am going to request Terrence from now on if he is available. I am probably going to have to replace my hot water heater and AC sooner than I would like due to all the corrosion caused by my building flooding issue, so I plan to have Art do the work and I will make sure to buy their extended warranty because it’s an amazing value. I wasn’t sure how good the coverage would be under the warranty but they give you A+ service. 2021: I had a leaking hot water heater in my condo and Chuck installed a new unit today with Kevin. They installed the water heater in much shorter time than estimated. Chuck was very thorough in explaining everything and even fixed my leaky kitchen sink at no additional charge. I got the 10 year warranty with Art for an extra charge since they seem very reliable and trustworthy based on this experience. I am glad I went with Art for this project and will definitely be using them again for my household repairs.

As a property manager of over 150 units in the local area we can confidently rely on Art Plumbing to address all our immediate plumbing needs. Their team is professional, and great a note keeping. Whether I need to call in to update my request, look into a previous invoice, or request an urgent visit this team always finds a way to work with me. Big shout out to Corey & Walter for being representatives that make it easy to trust with open communication, and great worth ethic. We also appreciate Christine and the entire dispatch team for their detailed intake, and friendly demeanor. No one likes a call regarding a leak, but when you have this team on your side it eases the pain points by a lot.

I had my AC unit serviced with Art Plumbing AC & Electric., it was a great experience. The AC technician, Howard Fraser, was excellent! Howard was very knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant to work with. He kept me informed of all the service he was performing with the AC and showed me pictures of any issues he felt I should be aware of. I will definitely request Howard for any future service with my AC unit.

We just had Joseph inspect our plumbing for an annual review and he was very professional and very informative. He found a few things that needed to be addressed and I will be dealing with it immediately. Thank you for your professionalism and complete honesty.

Mr Gonzales was very helpful. He came in and told us we had to take a video and recording of the noise in the machine. He said the motor or the bottom of the box where the wires could be loose. I now have to wait at night for the noise to appear He stayed for quite awhile and turned the air conditioner on and off by pulling the fuse out. Now we have to wait til night. Bryon was very nice and didn’t sound upset Thank you Bryon. We’ll let you know

Very helpful and willing to take care of the small annoying issues... slow drain in the bathroom, and cleared kitchen sink of items that had fallen down the drain! Very reasonably priced!

A/C units weren’t working. I called Art and they had their tech Jerry out in about an hour. He did inspections and sent me pictures and a brief video of the units and their conditions. He recommended replacing two of the three units. Within a half an hour, John was out to provide an estimate. The installation was scheduled for the next day. I’ve been a customer of Art’s for about two years now, for plumbing, electrical and a/c and I highly recommend them!

John was very thorough and professional. My only issue that I had was the customer service was inconsistent. I took off from work thinking a technician would be at my house in the morning, he didn’t come until after 3pm. Also, I had to call several times to make sure a technician was coming out today. It was a headache.

Daniel Auletti and Jeremiah and Art Plumbing are the Greatest. My hot water heater died, and they were Johnny on the Spot. They got the New Rheem Hot Water Heater, did all the electric, plumbing, door removal, old unit removal and new installation and set everything up. They even set up the electric and plumbing permits. They did it all in one day. I did not have to get different contractors for each part of the installation. They are a one stop shop. They are the best in the business for the past 40 Years. Daniel Auletti is a 100 % Excellent Plumber and Electrician, and his helper Jeremiah is 100 % at his craft. Just tell these people what item you need, they are reasonably priced, and they do all the work. I had an issue with my tankless water heater. Mike Cabrera came in, did a diagnostic test, came into my house, located the control pad, and fixed the issue. Highly professional, ethical, and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Ryan Wasser came out promptly when my a/c unit started acting up last night and this morning, and did a thorough investigation into the potential issue, and after diagnosing the problem, performed a very thorough cleaning of the outside condenser unit which was pretty filthy and causing blocked airflow, and he also unplugged/cleaned up the condensate lines and pan on the inside handler unit, including cleaning up some slime/mold that he was able to reach. He explained in great detail the issues happening with slime/mold build-up and recommended 3 different options, ranging from expensive (air scrubber and UV light systems), to reasonable (performing maintenance and cleaning of the condenser and handler), and he even attempted to find me discounted prices on the air scrubber and UV light systems, but at this time I still cannot afford to install those, but will plan on it in the future. My air conditioner is working beautifully now and I'm so grateful that I didn't have an emergency on a holiday weekend! This company and their technicians have always been great since we purchased our unit a year and a half ago.

I had a new HVAC unit installed on Friday, August 22nd. Originally, the agreement was to move the old unit from my bedroom closet to the living room closet, but when the technicians arrived, they explained that the unit could not be relocated as planned. John was contacted right away and quickly stepped in to correct the issue, which I really appreciated. The two young men Angel and Sebastian who handled the installation did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, were professional, and made sure everything was done correctly. They even stayed until the house was fully cooled down, which showed real dedication to customer service. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the installation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the initial hiccup with the placement plan. Otherwise, the service was excellent and I would recommend them to others.

Donnie was professional. He completed a thorough inspection of the electrical system as a part of an electrical maintenance inspection included with the service plan following installation of a new AC unit a year ago & provided an estimate for an upgrade of our current electrical system. A total upgrade, however, would cost us over $8,000.00 which is just not in our budget at this time.

Gregory Frazier did an evaluation of the problem I've been having with the dust at the condo. I was interested in aero seal and he explained it in detail and also recommended an air scrubber purification system by Aerus. The work will be done next week and I'm looking forward to the outcome and will do a follow up review then. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.

We had a brand new HVAC installed with Art & Plumbing last September. The system has been running smoothly overall but the last 2 days we had an issue with the system shutting off. Dakota was our technician and promptly diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions. He cleared the plugged drain and installed a timer to the condenser and a surge protector. Dakota is really awesome, very professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. I am not sure why the company didn't pitch those 2 things to be installed from the get go to be honest since FL has power outages and the drain being plugged is pretty common if you don't do maintenance twice a year... So them suggesting scheduling a maintenance once a year to keep the 1 year warranty on the new system is automatically not good enough ... The new AI agent after hours is also a bit creepy and not actually scheduling technicians to come (we tried twice)

Corey McClary was an excellent technician. He listened to the issues I was having. He also shared similar issue he has seen. He found issues that related to mine during his inspection and have an overview of the repair. Now I know what is causing my drain clog.

I appreciate his coming out to my home and making me feel comfortable throughout the service.

Mike and Petra were amazing! They were very thorough, explained everything in great detail with photos, and identified a problem with our A/C that could have meant a future emergency call. They quickly repaired the A/C. ART once again exceeded our expectations!
